But what other types of applications and solutions should we be thinking of for the use of those cards. As some examples :

4. ...

what if i use hosting from middle east so how much that i can trust them ?

My buddy use`s hosting from Saudi Arabi. He said it costs .35 cent a month. He said that it crash`s at least 2 times a day. Is it worth it?
